Dina Gang

Toronto Employment Lawyer

Dina is an employment lawyer and seasoned investigator. She has experience advancing employment claims and working with employers and employees to resolve workplace disputes. She provides her clients with practical and tailored solutions to employment and human rights issues ranging from the contemplation of the employment relationship through to termination. She approaches all employment matters with the legal knowledge, care and sensitivity that they require.
She has also spent several years facilitating investigations for small and large institutions, as well as conducting other unique resolution processes including equity assessments, shared narrative reports and institutional training.
Dina appreciates that the investigation process can be deeply personal and often daunting for participants and uses a trauma informed approach to build an environment where there is trust in and comfort with the process. She is also committed to working with clients to ensure that the investigations she conducts suit their particular workplace or learning environment. No two employers, participants, or conflicts are the same, and Dina understands that investigations must be tailored to meet the needs of all involved.
Dina was born and raised in Toronto. She graduated from the University of King’s College in Halifax in 2016, where she received the University Medal in Creative Writing. She then attended Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2019. Dina was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. She returned to Osgoode in 2021 to earn the Osgoode Advanced Certificate in Workplace Investigations. Dina is also an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder.
In her spare time, you can either find Dina knitting something new, catching whatever musical that’s in town, or training for the next half marathon.
