Avleen helps employers and employees navigate workplace issues with practical, tailored advice focused on efficient and effective outcomes.

She brings a balanced approach to resolving workplace disputes, using negotiation and mediation where appropriate and litigation where necessary.

Avleen advises and represents both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including wrongful dismissal, human rights and accommodation claims, and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board claims and appeals. She also advises on employment contracts, workplace policies, workplace safety, discrimination and harassment complaints, and workplace investigations. She further acts as an independent workplace investigator, providing investigation and assessment services to all types of organizations.

Outside of her legal practice, Avleen enjoys hot yoga, exploring Toronto’s restaurant scene, and travelling to new destinations.
